Flexible Supplier Management for Agency Bookings

Clients can seamlessly use Ratefox, regardless of supplier limitations in their agencies.

Ratefox provides clients with the possibility to:

• Specify a list of suppliers direct in the request when working with agencies. This ensures Ratefox only searches for better rates among the suppliers that the agency works with.
• Access their full range of contracted suppliers when making direct bookings.

Thus, the clients can use RateFox capabilities both for their own bookings and for servicing their agencies.

How to use

Use “SupplierIDs” parameter in Ratefox API request to list suppliers for search.

Example: "supplierIds": [1073, 2109, 1165] - search better rates only within SUN, IOLWorld and Expedia contracts. With all listed suppliers the user must have active contracts.
