Before we Begin (2-4 weeks, depending on use case)

We want to have a deeper understanding of your business, what is your current GBV and GM, and your growth goals over the next 12 months, including:

  • Performing gap analysis - existing vs desired state

  • Creating a comprehensive report and action plan to reach desired results

Implementation Phase (4 - 10 weeks, depending on usage case)

The goal of this phase is to correctly configure the platform for usage, including:

  • Establishing collaboration, communication and reporting tools
  • Onboarding to our platform and training
  • Technical support with PaaS deployment, API integration and Content
    synchronization
  • Development of custom and customer specific components
  • Customer feedback collection and implementation
  • Quality assessment of the implementation done by the customer

Beta Testing Phase (2-4 weeks, depending on usage case)

The goal of this phase is to ensure a smooth roll out and go-live by:

  • Delivery of custom / customer specific components
  • A/B testing of various components in live/production environments
  • Addition of supply partners
  • Activating Evaluation mode for key features
  • Ensuring 360 sync with customers tech stack (finance, billing, monitoring)

Go Live Phase

Hooray! We support and cheer-on your launch, whilst continuing to monitor for any
anomalies or errors.
