Before we Begin (2-4 weeks, depending on use case)

- Competitiveness analysis
- Review current supply sources
- Review current sales corridors
- Creating a comprehensive report and action plan to reach desired results
Implementation Phase (4 - 10 weeks, depending on usage case)
The goal of this phase is to correctly configure the platform for usage, including:
- Establishing collaboration, communication and reporting tools
- Onboarding to our platform and training
- Technical support with PaaS deployment, API integration and Content
synchronization - Development of custom and customer specific components
- Customer feedback collection and implementation
- Quality assessment of the implementation done by the customer
Beta Testing Phase (2-4 weeks, depending on usage case)
The goal of this phase is to ensure a smooth roll out and go-live by:
- Delivery of custom / customer specific components
- A/B testing of various components in live/production environments
- Addition of supply partners
- Activating Evaluation mode for key features
- Ensuring 360 sync with customers tech stack (finance, billing, monitoring)
Go Live Phase
Hooray! We support and cheer-on your launch, whilst continuing to monitor for any
anomalies or errors.
