What is Grafana ?

Grafana is a powerful open-source tool for visualizing and monitoring time-series data. It is highly customizable, supports a wide range of data sources, provides real-time monitoring capabilities, and is easy to use.

Considering its robust capabilities, HSP has selected Grafana to visualize and monitor our real-time data. This encompasses both technical monitoring and business insights, providing essential information and visualizations. HSP Grafana dashboards are intended to accompany vast selection of performance reports available to our users via BI.works

How to get access ?

To obtain access for your Dashboards, please submit a ticket to our support team, once the dashboard is ready - you will receive the credentials for your dashboard along with the associated end-point .

Each Client Dashboard includes:

Today's Booking Errors:

Tracks unsuccessful booking attempts made today, categorized by supplier, the step at which the error occurred, HSP error code, and the supplier's error message. This provides insights into the reasons behind booking failures, helping to prevent future issues.

Bookings by Supplier:

Displays bookings categorized by suppliers for today, alongside comparisons to the same day 1, 2, or 3 weeks prior. It offers an understanding of your booking distribution across suppliers and identifies trends and ratios for different periods.

Bookings by Users:

Shows bookings categorized by users and API users for today, with comparisons to the same day 1, 2, or 3 weeks ago. It helps understand the distribution and trends of bookings among different users.

Supplier Booking Trends:

Provides monitoring and visualization of booking trends over time, broken down by supplier. The timeframe is adjustable from minutes to years, offering a graphical view of booking habits and supplier usage.

Response Time for GetPackages call:

Tracks and visualizes response times for GetPackages, offering adjustable ratios. This allows a deeper understanding of response times, whether system-wide or user-specific.

Main Dashboard:

A central monitoring hub showing daily real-time data, including the number of bookings, cancellations, status codes (ER/ERC), failed bookings, SmartBook and Rebooker stats (if applicable), among other metrics.

Search Trends:

Monitors and visualizes search trends over time, adjustable from minutes to years, including the type of search request made. It provides graphical insights into real-time search activities by different users.

Response Times for Search calls:

Tracks and visualizes search response times with adjustable ratios. It facilitates a deeper understanding of search response behaviors, both system-wide and by individual users.
